I had a fantastic experience at Lake Norman Cycle Works in Sherrills Ford, NC. From the moment I walked in, Roxanne was welcoming, helpful, and professional. David and Joe were also great to work with — the whole team makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. The real standout for me was Manny, the mechanic. I brought in my 2018 Triumph T120, and Manny was extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to Triumphs. He was very thorough, meticulous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I recently purchased a used BMW motorcycle from them. I am out of state and had a few questions so I called and Roxanne answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. The guys in the service department went over the bike for me before pick up and made sure it was good to go. When I got there all of the staff was excellent to deal with and very polite. The bike was just as described over the phone. I rode the bike back home roughly 7.5 hours with zero issues. Overall fantastic place to buy a bike from and the prices are very fair.

I had an amazing experience at Lake Norman Cycle Works. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by three friendly little dogs—such a great first impression! Ricky and Joe are awesome; they’re knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made me feel right at home. I originally came by to check out a 2000 Kawasaki W650, but Ricky suggested I also try the Triumph Bonneville T120. I’m so glad he did because the Bonneville was incredible! An absolute top notch place. Bought my first bike with them. The best customer service I've ever experienced, and it doesn't stop once you make your purchase. New tires, tune-up, accessories; they got you covered. They are quick to respond with any questions or help you may need. Nice classy showroom with a great selection.
