Matt and team are our “go to” guys for Rv service. I believe they are particularly well versed on the Ford Econoline series of campers. Fair work at a reasonable price or price. You might find cheaper but these folks do quality work.

I bought new tires for a motorhome but I needed someone who had the ability to not only install the tires but put the motorhome on a lift and check out the front suspension. Not many places have the ability to do this, but they did. Their service was great! They did exactly what I wanted , were fast and price was fair. Very pleased!

I’ve brought my 2015 Toyota Sienna to Lake Norman Tire twice now, and both times I’ve walked away genuinely impressed. From the very first phone call, Mike was incredibly polite and friendly. After that initial call, I worked mainly with Ed, who was equally kind, thorough, and easy to talk to. He walked me through the repairs and recommendations without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Their recommendations have always been straightforward and honest, never inflated, and their prices are consistently reasonable (often much lower than competitors). They even offered me a courtesy vehicle for two days while the repairs were being completed, which made the entire process completely hassle-free. Absolutely love this shop! Let's face it, no like to actually have to bring their vehicle to a shop however coming here definitely puts your mind at peace. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful, they go over everything with you so theirs no surprises, they work with you and don't rob your like most mechanic shops. This was my second time coming here and I told my husband to bring his jeep there for his ac unit awhile back and he was very pleased as well. I won't ever go to another shop, you guys have a life long customer now!

Purchased brand new 33’ 2026 Entegra RV. Dealership sent us to 5 different alignment locations who supposedly was able to align a class C. Traveled 500 miles around NC shop to shop. They couldn’t do class C. Finally sent us to Lake Norman Tire whereas we had little hope they could do it. We were so depressed we bought a $155k lemon and thought we were going to have to get a lawyer involved. Not only did they do alignment, discovered the casters were way out of whack. Took us right away but since we arrived late in the day Matt Frorhlich provided us with a loaner car during the 2 days and allowed us to park and stay in our RV out back behind the building.
