Extremely bad work and shoddy parts. I had them install new brakes in the summer of 2024. By the winter of 2025, the brakes were wobbling. Apparently the brakes they installed were faulty (the rotors warped), but they still charged be $200 to replace them even though they were still under warranty. That would be fine, I guess, if they had done a good job or used good parts the second time, but it's been 2 months and my brakes are grinding and slipping. Apparently, the pins, the rotors, the pin boots, the pads, and a few other parts are so low quality that they're falling apart already. At this point, I'm not trusting my car to these guys again. Had an amazing experience with Lake Ridge Automotive. I had an emergency repair come up and was able to get my vehicle towed there at around 6:30pm and they started work on it the very next morning. Very fair pricing, community orient shop, and very honest owners and mechanics. Highly recommend!

Dude is a clown that took my car for a JOYRIDE(class 6 felony). Now my car is sounding off. He said right away that he can’t fix the problem and the problem did not require an illegal joyride.

Back on March 4th, the right fron ball joint on my 4Runner failed causing the wheel to practically fall off. Asked a friend for a recommendation and he pointed me to Lake Ridge Automotive. Brian and his crew had it diagnosed and up and running in a day and replaced the other ball joint and CV axles. We added the front rotors and brakes to complete the front end. All of it was done in less than 48 hours. I have never had a car towed in the night before and be ready to pick up 2 days later, especially since it looked like the 4Runner was toast. Brian explained everything and offered advice for things that needed to be looked at that he couldn't do. Really approciate their work and dedication to helping their customers. I'm happy to say I found a new mechanic.

Catching the auto train up the road from this location my car would not start. Starter had to be replaced. Time crunch ensued. They had my car up and running fast. Great people, honest and fair.
