Lake Street Car Wash

Went there after a snow storm and the (new) owner was there personally helping to make sure my car was cleaned extra well. He saw the debris on my running boards and had me spin around so he could rinse it off additionally at no cost. He went above and beyond and it is appreciated!

All good. Just could use a little more from the blow dryer. Luckily, it was above freezing. Wash and protective coating were great.

Four times in a row now it has jipped me on one part or another of a deluxe wash twice it's only done half my car in the tri foam soap another time I got barely any of the clear wax in one time two of the nozzles were emitting a stream pinpoint versus a spray pattern I was worried about it leaving a pressure washer mark lengthwise on my car. I'd mentioned it to two people that were working there doing some sort of maintenance and they just kind of shrugged and was like oh didn't even offer to hook me up with a car wash or anything it's too bad cuz this place used to be awesome

Went today and had an issue, texted the number and it was solved quickly. Great customer service. But.... After paying $20 for the gold wash, my car was still dirty, didn't even seem like it touched the backside of it. Maybe because we selected touchless, but it still should of at least washed some of the dirt off.

Outdoor sprayer, soap function questionable, pressure decent. Cash only. Only stopped to rinse off mud/pine needles. In a pinch and need a quick rinse & go with little expectation.. this place is fine
