Lake Towing

I needed a battery boost as car wouldn't start. I called AAA and they set my appointment with Lake Towing. I was home safe as we had snow and blowing snow and crazy below windchill, so I told AAA to schedule me for the next day AAA notified me of the time to come. The driver also called me so I gave him easy directions. The driver started my car and turned my heater on for me. The driver checked my alternator as well. Service was excellent! I had a blown tire coming off the interstate and you guys were at my vehicle within a half hour of me calling and had it switched over and on the road within the hour. I didn’t get the gentleman name that did my service but he was amazing. Thank you so much for saving me that day!!!! Great service and super friendly!!!!

From the time the driver arrived until he dropped me someplace safe to wait for a ride, which was 2 hours away, I felt like I was getting good and honest service and advice. I was able to get my car fixed by a service i did not know and again felt i was treated well and honestly. I owe that to the tow company as they provided a recommendation when I asked for one. Thank You for helping me when I found myself stranded in a community 120 miles from home.
