Lake's Showroom Shine Car Wash

I went through the automatic carwash a week ago. It barely ran and told me to exit. There was dirt and soap still all over the car. I thought maybe the person behind me was entering the bay too soon and it messed my session up. I called the phone number and left a message. They say on the recording that they will get back to you. They never did. This week I took our farm truck through thinking that I would give it another chance. It threw dirt and slop all over the truck (from some scraps of hay etc. In the bed of the truck) and told me to exit looking ten times dirtier than when I entered. Again I called the phone number and it wouldn't even allow me to leave a message. I have used this carwash for years and have been satisfied with the results but this ends it. Was there on Sept 5 2025 got the just wash feature. I looked at my car when I got home it was covered with little tiny white dots like sand. Very hard to try to remove when you rub with water.

Used in the past without a problem. Today I paid and the door closed before I could even pull forward and it locked me out and wouldn't give me a refund. Can't get anyone to answer the phone now. Hopefully I can get this corrected soon! Update: Mr. Lake called me back and sent coupons for more than enough to cover my loss. Washed my pickup this morning and will keep going back. Upgrade me to 5 stars!

Went to wash my vehicle off and it said 2.00 dollars. But it took 2.50 till it would start, and there was no way to get your change back. Sort of like feeding a slot machine, put quarters in till something happens or you run out. and the soap took a long time. Used to be a good carwash but it could use some TLC.

Paid $10 for wash including the underside of the vehicle. Car was clean, mostly. Rear doors still had spots that were missed by each door handle.
