Absolutely the worst customer service ever I highly suggest. Do not give these people your information unless you are up there in person and they are about to run your credit right in front of you because I gave them all my information and twice they left me without contact without any update or anything. Finally, I told them do not run my credit after twice thinking they had already ran it when they in fact haven’t whole time. I’m waiting to hear back from them thinking they’re trying to come up with the best deal possible to offer me but yet nothing will never in my life waste my time trying to shop with these people again I had 5 to 7K ready to put down on a vehicle. All I needed was the go ahead but these people did not know how to offer proper customer service

Was nervous about buying a truck off of a lot, but i have to say, the team at lakeview auto held my hand through the entire process. They have been so solid and the entire process was efficient and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am very happy with my new truck!

Not sure why anyone would leave anything but 5 stars. These guys care about you, they love what they do, and they are great at it. Not to mention, they’re quick! A huge thank to the great team at Lakeview, special mentions for Kennedy, Richard, and Alyssa, but even employees who weren’t handling us directly were all so very kind and friendly. You will not regret the time you spend with them, nor the fantastic vehicle you take home. Go see them!

Michael went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal on an SUV and gave us a higher trade amount on ours compared to another dealer. Richard in finance was easy to work with and made the process simple. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service won us over!
