I stopped by Lakewood Automotive after noticing my car was shaking badly on the highway. The team quickly found the issue and got it fixed the same day. The price was fair, and the car drives perfectly now. I really appreciate how honest and efficient they were.

We purchased a used car from Lakewood back in May. Today is when we finally received the tags for our car. If anyone is counting that’s six months after purchase. There was always and excuse why we hadn’t received them. We finally went to our county clerks office and had them reprinted in September. That’s three months before they finally sent them to use. A couple weeks later we did receive the title in the mail for the car. This might not have been a big deal, expect that the car was out of state and being driven on an expired temporary plate. Customer service could have been so much better. Better answers could have been given or at least better communication about what was going on with the tags. I’m really impressed with the work. Everything was done perfectly clean and with so much attention to detail. You can immediately tell that they cares about doing things the right way and keeping everything neat and professional. Honestly, it’s one of the cleanest and most well done jobs I’ve ever seen.
