We recently rented an RV from Lakewood RV Sales in Downing, MO, and had an absolutely fantastic time! The RV was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family adventure. A few times during our trip, we had questions pop up, and they were quick to respond, super helpful, and got us back on the road without a hitch. This review is based solely on my recent auction experience with them. I previously purchased an RV here and had a good experience, so I expected the same level of honesty. That didn’t happen this time. The semi I bid on was advertised as “everything works as it should. Bid with confidence.” After the auction ended, I was contacted and told the truck would need to be hauled home because it was blowing out antifreeze. Later I was told that issue was “fixed,” but the engine now had a knock — explained to me as, “I think that’s just those motors (3126 Cat), but I’m no mechanic.” None of these major issues were disclosed prior to the auction. Lakeside Rv Sales, sells quality products as far as campers and pull behind rv products go. The owner, he is an awesome and outstanding fella. Though he hasn't lived in the area his entire life, he is a valuable addition to the community and the area. He is a stand up guy, personally I know this to be true.

Went in to look at campers. Found one that was perfect for us. Not only did they set me up with. Camper, they set my truck up to pull a camper. They didn't have to do near as much as they did!
