We had a wonderful experience working with Richard Ireland! He really took the time to explain and highlight the features of the Honda Pilot. No pressure was put on us - rather answering questions and ensuring we understood the vehicle itself. He was responsive when asking questions through text, connected us to another salesman (Steve) when he couldn't be there, which was also a seamless, easy and supportive process. The receptionist was also super friendly and welcoming - also making purchasing a vehicle easy. Look forward to purchasing through them again & going to them when the vehicle needs some attention.

I had a noise issue with my Honda pilot while we were on a road trip. I stopped here on the way get the noise checked. Henry was amazing. He rode with me in the car for a few minutes and exactly explained me what the noise was and that it was not anything serious. The service department was backed up with appointments, even then the representative found someone to look into (Henry) ;after understandingthe urgency.

Had my HRV serviced here. Was hearing a strange noise that ended up being ice stuck, but they squeezed me in asap. Very friendly staff. Nice dealership. Really enjoyed the old civic on display! Much friendlier than the staff at Honda city.

I really like Hondas and was in the market for an HRV and as luck would have it this dealership had one that I was looking. Turgut was very helpful throughout the shopping process. The only disappointment I found with the dealership was the disinterest in negotiating price or sweeteners as I shopped other places. I wrote this off to low supply leverage that all dealers seemed to exert. Still, everyone was helpful, respectful and Turgut went above and beyond by even coming to my house to deliver an important product that we left at the dealership. Further, Mike Forster was helpful helping me decide on protective applications to protect my new car and has been a available after the sale many times to help with my questions. All in all, I would recommend Lamaccia Honda to anyone shopping f
