Almost 3 weeks for them to look at my Running board Then at the end they use the unfortunately extended warranty. Don’t cover your running board. Worst experience with Ford in the south Louisiana must ford dealers in other states do the job fast I wanted to look at other things in my truck. She told me six weeks. As a public school teacher & mom, like many others it's necessary for me to be judicious-& make informed decisions about-where/how I spend my money; to that end it's my standard practice to obtain (whether for items or services) three estimates. I called Lamarque Ford Service Department yesterday and had the good fortune to speak first with Courtney who politely listened as I conveyed that I wished to price out the cost of specific parts needed separately from labor costs; she then kindly explained the necessary steps and directly connected me with the parts department. Wonderful place, friendly and Professional staff. Lamarque Ford has been totally remodeled added Lincoln and a Quicklane buildings. New Used Car building and a Body shop!
