The whole experience started out very good. I spoke with Bryan on the phone about a truck I was interested in. Very polite and answered all my questions. Even took it on a "test drive" with me on the phone to talk me through its performance. Then provided a video of the truck after the drive. All looked and sounded good. Was told this is strong truck! Decided to make the 2 hour trip to see the truck and test drive myself. Got there and Bryan was super helpful and told me to take the truck anywhere and for as long as I wanted. No pressure! So I did, and everything was great. Truck was nice, clean, and ran the way I expected it to run. No smells, leaks, noises, or anything that would have brought up a concern. Got a 2008 fj cruiser from them on 03-12/25. Bryan, and Dwight wasted no time getting me the best deal possible on it. They went above and beyond for financing options. They had just gotten the car from another dealer and parked it. A few issues came up with misfires and VCS no fault on their part as it is a used vehicle. No codes were on during the test drive. Lambs motors have been very professional in getting it fixed for me in a timely manner, and Bryan promised they would fix any of the issues going on with it due to engine codes. Their mechanics have went above, and beyond trying to help get the vehicle back up to top notch shape. I’d give them 10 stars for the customer service they have provided.
