LAMBS AUTOMOTIVE LLC

Careful. My roadside assistance call to USAA was somehow referred to Lamb's Towing. I had 50 mile full towing coverage with USAA, with $0 out of pocket within that limit. Google Maps showed the distance from my location to the tow destination was 45 miles, based on 2 different route selections. Lamb's Towing called me to initiate the service, and claimed that the distance was 50.6 miles. They demanded extra money from me, stating that "I had to pay my share" and that "diesel fuel is not cheap", that this was a "fuel charge". I felt I had to pay the fees they demanded to get help, since I had requested service through what I believed to be a trusted intermediary, USAA. Lamb's subsequently referred the tow to a different towing business in my local community, so they didn't even send

They were supposed to tow my vehicle. They told me they would pick it up in 20 minutes. It’s now 3 hours later, they never picked it up and won’t even answer the phone.

Sketchy!!

Same complaint as the other two guys.
