Gordon was kind and easy to work with, but unfortunately, I don’t believe the mechanic working on my car had much experience with Mazdas. I originally brought in my 2011 Mazda for a specific issue, and while I understood there were other things that might need attention, I asked that we address the primary problem first. Instead, the shop replaced both front axles and the front brakes—at a cost of $1,200—and I was told I’d be driving a completely different car afterward. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. The original issue not only remained but actually got worse. Gordon offered to have me bring the car back in so they could take another look, but by that point, I wasn’t comfortable returning.
