Had an insurance claim. It was handled very well and with awesome updates on the status of the repair. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Vehicle was done about a week ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!!

The only reason it's not 5 sta5s is that the mechanics did not vacuum, and they left trash in the vehicle, which is the only downside. My rating world be of could number it a 4.59. The reason for the .09 is the staff inside where wonderful.

Has to be the worst experience with an auto body shop. Get in a front collision and won't do a wheel alignment due to tire wear. My car is not the same as before the accident they will do anything to save the car insurance company money

I went to Lamon for some insurance work because they came highly recommended and they were convenient to me. I've had my car back about 6 months and here's the issues I've had: 1. The replaced headlight had condensation. They questioned it initially but eventually replaced it. 2. The new battery they gave me needed replacement, though they first insisted it was the alternator. After testing both as per their request, they replaced the battery. 3. I noticed an orange peel texture in the paint while cleaning my car today. I was not happy with how they handled my previous issues so I don't plan on calling them to fix this one. I can't recommend them myself. While they did repair my car it's not perfect.
