LANCASTER CAR WASH

I see a lot of bad reviews but ever since I moved to Lancaster I’ve never had any trouble out of the touchless car wash.

Swiped my card for the drive thru wash, wanted the $9 basic, it charged me for the $10 wash instead. Also have done self wash and the machines are my quarters.

I just went through and paid to have my car washed and it completely malfunctioned and did absolutely nothing to my car. Then when I tried to get a refund it wouldn’t give it to me. Absolute bull.

First vacuum that I put money in, the nozzle was broken and completely useless. 2nd vacuum had a decent nozzle, but the suction power was minimal. The automatic car wash had a very hard time reading my card. Once inside the cash was, the washing was what I expected (less than average). When leaving the car wash the dryers did not work. My first and last visit.

Definitely don’t use cash in the self-pay area, it just takes your money, and there’s absolutely no one to call for a refund or anything
