Land Rover Dallas Service Center

I brought my vehicle here for unexpected service for a coolant issue. I recently bought my car pre-owned so didn’t have a service “home” yet. Due to the star ratings, I didn’t want to take it here initially but it was the closest dealership to my house. I’m glad i did. Owning a Lexus, Mercedes, and now Land Rover… this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a service shop. Thanks to Marie and Marcelo, they both were nice, went above and beyond, and efficient in their communication. I plan on this being my go to service home.

Scheduled a routine oil change service and Richard Lazar was my service consultant. I showed up at 11am and dropped off with the expectation it would be done within 2 hours. I was waiting for a call but decided to call for an update at 2:30pm and was told it would be ready by 4pm for pickup. I get here at 4pm and they said they forgot something and it would be another 45 minutes. So now I get to wait longer and get stuck with rush hour traffic. Thanks for wasting my time with poor communication and poor oversight. I will try a different Land Rover dealership next time.
