Land Rover Greensboro - Service

I had a great experience after starting off with my own stressful day. I had packed up my vehicle, with my dog, for a week long trip and started on a 12 hour drive. I immediately started hearing an excruciatingly loud grinding nosie coming from the tire area. I drove right to Land Rover, explained the situation I was in, and what was happening (vehicle was only a year old). Karen heard it and knew what it could be, which put me at ease. They were very busy, but they were able to fit me in and get me back on the road a few hours later, reaching my destination before midnight! They had found a large piece of gravel between the rotor and backing plate, that came out once the wheel was removed and inspected. Can't say enough about how grateful I am to Karen, Jacob, and everyone else in the ser

Great experience with this location. Had a turbo charger repaired on my 2017 F-Pace. Karen communicated with me from start to finish. She was always honest about potentially unknown issues. She communicated with my warranty company and kept me in the know. I will return if I need future repairs.

Wonderful service! I always love coming to the flow Greensboro location. Jacob and crew took great care of me today, I was in and out for an oil change in a little over an hour, can’t ask for much better than that! Will definitely be coming back for all my service needs

Outstanding customer service. Honest and professional service. I had lost a ring in my car. They found it and notified immediately. I’m indebted. Amazing service!
