David in service made my experience a good one. I purchased a Defender a few days before I went in with concerns. I drove into the service lane and was welcomed by David. I told him my concerns. He did say their work load was high that day, but respectfully. Then offered me some options and even said if I was willing to wait he can get me seen today. I went ahead and waited. It took about 90 minutes to be in and out. Other dealers are fast to say “NO, we’re full.” and send customers away. However, David said it respectfully and even offered me some options.
