I have had a truly fantastic experience with Richard Valdivia, my concierge. I bought the vehicle several years ago, and frankly, it’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned. Maybe it’s just that I’m used to sitting much closer to the floor! It’s nice to feel comfortable. Anyway, as good as They are, Richard has stood out with exceptional service, commitment to the customer, response quickly, highly reliable and frankly, he saved me a lot of mon ey on a number of occasions. Recently, I’ve been traveling across the country and I ran into a problem with the car. A dealer out west wanted to charge me literally double what I was being quoted by a dealer several hundred miles away, and he was including all kinds of things that didn’t need to be done. The worst. You would think being the Land Rover service department that they would know what they’re doing. I’ve had six different rovers. And every time I’ve made the mistake of taking one there at a convenience it always turned out to be a horrible experience.
