We had great experience with Land Rover Sudbury. Getting there is a little out of the way but I am glad I took the time to go try Land Rover. I was in the market for a Jeep or Bronco. With the Defender I have all the fun with an elevated driving experience. We worked with Alex he was good about getting us through the process quickly wich was our main objective. I absolutely am not satisfied with the service we received. The only positive part of the experience was the way Christian handled the situation when we came to pick up our vehicle. He was very professional and courteous. He should be recognized for his integrity and professionalism. There were 225 miles put on our vehicle with no drive log to account for any of the miles. The oil was overfilled, I took a full quart out to bring it to the correct level. We had the you take care of the state inspection which the vehicle did not pass initially, no one communicated this to us and I had to find out when we picked it up and I read the inspection report.
