Landers Collison & Glass of Norman

We've had the pleasure of using Landers Collision & Glass of Norman twice and both times these folks have been absolutely amazing! Every member of their staff was friendly and provided us with timely updates. We were leaving to go on vacation so they got us in quickly and not only assessed our car but were able to get the repairs done before we returned saving us rental fees. I cannot praise this team of professionals enough genuinely. If you need work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Landers! Thanks again everyone, we appreciate you all!

I had the BEST experience on my SUV collision repair. Justin is a very honest, thorough, he got my auto repaired looking just like it was when I bought it brand new. The shop in whole is very prompt and polite and kept me updated at all times of stages. I highly give over 10 stars to Landers. They go above and beyond.

They fixed my car due to an accident in 2023. Once they completed repairs they told me lifetime warranty guaranteed. 14 months later, paint started chipping on the side that was repaired and they refused to honor their warranty statement.

Vehicle was rear-ended and taken to landers. My trunk is damaged and they say it's OK and was made like that!!! Lol They glued my bumper back on. Glue running on side of car and now it is coming apart!! Steve is the manager and doesn't have a clue about the poor workmanship there. My trunk leaks and he says car was made like that!! I have taken the vehicle to other places for them to look at it and they say your trunk is messed up and side of car also. My doors don't even linè up..DO NOT GO HERE!! But they will take your money!!!!!!

I brought my vehicle in for hail damage repair and almost 2 weeks went by before all the parts were received. In other words, I could’ve been driving the vehicle that entire time and not using up limited days of car rental. Once finished, I picked up the vehicle immediately and the dropped off my rental. Unfortunately (for me), they lied 🤥 and closed invoice approximately 2 weeks before I was told I could pick up my vehicle. So, when I returned the car, I had to pay around $1200 for the rental (a discounted price because they felt bad). Moreover, my wife dropped my vehicle off and unfortunately my wallet was in the center console. By the time I realized it and made it to their repair shop (hours later), one of their employees had already rummaged through my wallet and stolen $100. They sai
