We needed to find a good used car in our price range. Due to increasing prices, not many people are trading in their vehicles these days, so there wasn’t a huge selection to choose from. Our sales person, Mike, was extremely helpful and courteous, however, and he helped us find a vehicle that met our needs. We appreciated his willingness to help us find what we needed, even though we were not looking for something new. He was very professional and focused on good customer service. We would be happy to work with him again.

Went in with my best friend to get him a vehicle and ended up leaving with my own! Used to have a 2014 GMC terrain and now I have a 2019 Ford Escape! Highly recommend this dealership. Will went above and beyond for us!

Very friendly staff. They were so helpful when my daughter needed a new car and made the co-buying process so easy. All I had to do was just come in and sign papers, it was all ready for me. Such easy going crew there at Landmark! A+ in my book!

I bought a great used car, a 2022 with low mileage, which I am very happy with. I have now purchased a total of five cars from this dealer (three new, two used). I got no great deal for being a repeat customer. The price was almost immovable. The salesman is a nice guy, but he couldn't get a very basic fix done for me, and did very little on the price. At one point, he offered me an "unbelievable deal" that was actually a bit higher than a previous offer I didn't like. I should have had the very basic repair I needed fixed before purchasing the car, because he would have got it done for me in that case. But unfortunately, I noticed it a couple days after the sale. I used to buy cars here because of the great service center. But the service center has gone way downhill and is not good anymo

We have had a not so great experience. My salesman was great. His follow up was good. With that being said, the financing and promises made at the end has been less than satisfactory with no return calls. I would not buy another car from this dealership.
