Langford's Collison Repair

I have a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Denali. It is paid for and I plan to keep it forever essentially. It’s is just as nice now as when I drove it off the lot. I take exception care of it and never take any shortcuts when it comes to service or repair. When I took it to Dustin and Nicole, I let them know that I was very particular about every detail and very concerned about painting because it is a black truck. It was a small ding but the whole bedside would need to be touched. I picked my truck up yesterday and surprisingly I could find absolutely nothing to criticize or pick at. Langford's did an amazing job with my vehicle. They were extremely communicative and efficient throughout the process and delivered the car back to me in fantastic shape. I had a somewhat tight insurance deadline for my rental car and Nicki and the rest of the team made sure that I was able to have my car back right on time and were always happy to work with my to ensure I had a sense of when it would be completed. With three teenagers, we are now on first-name basis with Langford Collision. While it's zero fun having a vehicle involved in multiple accidents, it is beyond reassuring knowing we have a collision repair shop we can truly trust. Customer service is truly top-tier, in a noticeable way. Compared to past body shops I have interacted with, Langford's is by far the most communicative, sending me texts and emails throughout every step of the process. Nikki and Cheyenne were both incredibly helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the free water and decor in the office reception waiting room.

Every aspect of my repair experience was top shelf. The people I dealt with were pleasant and professional not pushy at all. Explained the process from assessment to completion thoroughly. Communicated with me thru-out the process. Cleaned the car really well prior to returning it to me. Overall they did an Excellent job.
