Best shop I’ve ever had a vehicle taken to. The entire team is highly knowledgeable, skilled, and communicate well. Brian was able to help take this old Vette I got from near-abandonment to an 80s classic. I recently had an excellent experience with LaPointe’s Automotive Solutions and highly recommend them. For the past couple of weeks, I had been dealing with a persistent check engine light. My dad helped me replace the coils and spark plugs since the diagnostic showed a misfire. I had a great experience at La Pointe’s Automotive. They were straightforward, honest, and priced the service very fairly. I’ve been to other shops before where the pricing and recommendations felt questionable, but that wasn’t the case here at all. Took my vehicle there to get some work In the bushings that another shop Was going to charge me something outrageous. When I took my vehicle in, they didn’t just change the bushings, they went through and reviewed to make sure that’s what my vehicle needed. They called and verified what as needed and to start work. It was completed so quickly I was amazed and happy. The owner is a veteran and is not in the business of scamming or ripping people off. And, he personally talks with all customers when he’s in.

Highly recommend! Staff were friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment and showed up a little early, they gladly took time to understand the issue and brought my vehicle in immediately. They gave recommendation for proper vehicle maintenance to extend the life of it. I appreciate them taking the time to help, I think they genuinely cared about the service they provided.
