The team at Larchmere provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, Larchmere technicians are extremely competent and can quickly diagnose issues with our cars and resolve them quickly. We go to Larchmere for regular service and for any issues that arise with our cars.

Larchmere has been my go to place to service my van. Jeff does a fantastic job of reaching out when service is due and getting me scheduled as soon as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else because everyone goes the extra mile to ensure my vehicle is running well and will last. Can't recommend enough!

A gem of an independent auto repair facility specializing in high-end imports, always busy which is a testament to its customers' satisfaction. My 2003 Jaguar Type-S R had problems passing Ohio's emission tests plus an electrical gremlin that disabled navigation, A/C and entertainment controls. Some shops are reluctant to work on such difficult-to-pinpoint glitches but Jeff and his crew were not deterred. My "Baby Bentley" is back!

We have brought our cars here and have been very happy with the service and friendliness. They have explained and fixed a few computer resets right in the parking lot at no charge. I called them once from a parking lot in Beachwood when my Porsche wouldn't turn over. I first called the Porsche dealer and they had no suggestions other than towing it to them. I call Larchmere and they suggested a few things to try and it is started right up. It is 25 yrs old and needs special care. They are great!

Excellent work, great communication, timely response and completion. I have had a few repairs done on my vehicle and each time I have experienced purposeful and thoughtful information and options to resolve issues. Jeff is professional and honest.
