I wanna give a HUGE shout out to Mike Villarreal for helping us find our family vehicle. We went in with low hopes because everyone else couldn’t help us, but Mike made it possible. So HIGHLY recommend him and the place overall!

I wanted to call out Kevin Mendoza, Kevin assisted me with a repair on a shared customers vehicle. Kevin, was very helpful and I would recommend him as a service advisor if you ever need repairs on your Dodge or Jeep vehicles. I wanted to say thank you, Kevin. Keep up the good work.

I arrived at Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram at my scheduled appointment time to claim what was clearly advertised as a guaranteed prize — not a raffle entry. Before I could even open my car door, a salesman was already at my window, pressuring me like a starving dog. I was taken inside, told I was "ready to claim" my prize, and then immediately pitched a raffle for $2,500 instead. This is a textbook example of deceptive trade practices — baiting consumers with guaranteed prizes, only to upsell or deflect. I showed up on time, followed all the rules, and was misled. I’ve saved all the promotional materials and will be filing formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the BBB. If you value honesty and transparency, avoid this dealership.

We visited this dealership on Black Friday after receiving a promotion in the mail to upgrade my vehicle. They completed an appraisal, and although the amount wasn’t exactly what I hoped for, I accepted it and moved forward in good faith. We were told to return the next day with a cosigner, which we agreed to. When we requested our quote the next day, the dealership suddenly lowered the appraisal value they had already given us just the day before. On top of that, they began requesting a large deposit that was never mentioned during our first visit. The sudden changes, lack of consistency, and overall lack of transparency were extremely disappointing. It felt misleading and dishonest. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Brought my 2022 Ram 1500 after the MGU went bad on my way to spend the holidays in Mexico with my family. Good thing the MGU was covered by Federal Warranty & I didn’t have to pay a dime. They fixed it in a few days just before I had to go back to base. A big thanks to the mechanics & the people working in the service department! I highly recommend!
