Todd, Lisa, and Fay are very helpful and pleasant! Scheduling was 2 weeks out when I got my car inspected here, so make sure you plan ahead.

We take our salvage vehicles here for the enhanced inspections. They answer the phone and are easy to work with. The paperwork and notary will keep you there for an hour+ because of the paperwork for the salvage title. When you're doing the paperwork they will ask if you want standard safety and emissions inspection done as well and they will do it right away if you do. The rates are reasonable for the shop.

Do not recommend! This place is a big waste of time. I called them on a Tuesday and brought my vehicle in that night. They still didn’t work on it by today ( Thursday) and when we called them, they said they were a week behind and couldn’t get to my vehicle. If they were that far behind they should’ve told me that instead of wasting my time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I guess they don’t understand people need their vehicles for work. Very disappointed, won’t be going back here.

My parents have been taking their vehicles there for years. Todd is always very honest, straightforward & accommodating. Recently my son took his car there for a tire repair. Unfortunately his tire couldn't be repaired, but Todd gave him advice & offered to order a new tire. I've started taking our personal cars for service. Scheduling is easy & never too far out; they always try to work around your schedule & needs as much as possible.

Don't bother, in over his head for modern cars.
