Communication was almost nonexistent, and Scott the guy I had to deal with was rude and clearly didn’t care.(and requested payment only card or cash!) guess what I paid with a Cashiers check.thanks Scott btw! I was told my truck was moved for alignment on Thursday after my conversation with Scott, since I wasn’t receiving a clear answer from Scott I decided to show up to the mesa location( since that’s where its been since August 4. never once notified that it was moving over there) after I left Scott I took it upon myself to call mesa location at 3pm confirming it had been moved for the alignment. so I showed up Friday Turns out, that was either false or pointless the truck didn’t even get into the shop until 7 AM(supposedly sent to A

This is what happens 2 weeks after you go to Larry H Miller. Came in due to engine issues. Left with engine issues. On top of all this, Oscar promised to pay for a rental. Nope, got stuck with the bill at the end. Thanks for your amazing service……

I had a horrible experience with the switch board trying to get through to service. I would ask for a service person and would get kicked back to the lobby. Happened 8 times. Finally I asked for "any other" help and Bruce Weiss in Sales answered. He took my information and promised to hand deliver it to the service group. My problem isn't fixed. But my experience today was a little better with the help of Bruce. Talk to Bruce. Bruce can help.

Jurmaine is the man! He helped my wife and I traded in our car and he got us into a new one and he even brought the car to our house and we did all the paperwork in the comfort of our home! He answered all questions we had, got back to us within minutes of any questions we had, he really is a good guy and we appreciate you Jurmaine.
