I am an 83 year old recently widowed woman with health issues that make me nervous when dealing with car repair. My Service Consultant, David Cordova was wonderful. He listened to me carefully and interpreted what a senior "car dummy" was referring to. He invited me to come right in and was waiting for me when I arrived. He personally escorted me to waiting room and took care of my car. He kept me updated and carefully explained the problem. When Larry Miller was sold I worried that service might change. But, service is excellent. I feel safe and confidant that Larry Miller employees are honest and sincere. The men open doors and are very polite. Mr. Cordova is a very nice man, I was impressed with his professionalism and car knowledge. Thank you.

I had a 1:00 appt today to change my oil under the fb special $54.95. I made the appt for today specifically around a very important Doctors appt 15 mins from the service dept. I had previously gone to this location for an oil change. I was in & out in 25 mins, with that knowledge I had given myself an hour to safely make my doctors appt. I waited 1 1/2, hours with no updates by either text or in person on what could be the delay. I got up to inquire and they had an issue with a car in front of me. At this point I’m worried about my doctors appt. I would miss it if I didn’t make it in 15 mins, even after calling to let them know my situation. It took another 20 mins for my car to be ready. After an hour & 40 mins it was ready. No update! No one allowing me time to grab my car and res

Experience was way better than the valley jeep off i80 in Salt Lake. Got my recall all done in a day. Called on monday for appointment and was given a Thursday appointment which was great. Jeremy was awesome keeping me updated on the progress. Did an inspection on some things I need to get done at some point. Truely a great experience and will probably be back.

Had such a great experience at Larry H Miller in Sandy! I went in looking for a new Jeep and left that night with my new car! George was such a great help. He answered all my questions and was such a nice salesman. Best experience ever!
