Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale Parts Department

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram. My dad purchased a truck from them and shortly after started having multiple electrical problems. When I brought the truck in to the service department hoping they would help resolve the issue, I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Instead of trying to work with me or help figure out what was going on, the service team and managers were dismissive and didn’t offer much support. As a customer who trusted them enough to buy a vehicle there, I expected better treatment and at least an effort to make things right. It’s frustrating to hear “the customer is always right,” but then feel ignored when you actually need help. I just wanted the truck I paid for to work properly and for the dealership to stand behind

This dealership should be known for their bait and switch.I called about a car they advertised.They had the car, but they wanted a $100000 more for the car than what they advertised.But for the money I wanted to spend, they had 20 other cars.They could sell me but not the car they advertise at the price they advertised.I would not do business with an unscrupulous leadership! "BE WARE!!"🤔

This is my first time at a dealership and Adam M was the first associate to walk up to me to greet me with a smile on his face. I did not know how much time I was going to spend at a dealership since it was my first time but he made it pleasant and help me find a car that met all my needs.
