I scheduled an appointment with valet service that was supposed to be for 1:45pm. After waiting an hour and a half without any contact, I called them service department at 3:15pm. They told me they hadn't planned to pick up my car despite my selecting it when creating my appointment and that they would not be coming to pick it up today. They declined to disclose why they decided not to contact me before wasting my time (I had to come into work early so that they would drop off my car during my shift). They also said dropping off the car after 12pm would result in having to wait an additional 1-2 business days to have my repair done, which was not disclosed on the website when creating the appointment, especially considering the repairs would only take 1.5-2 hours to complete. As I am unabl
