Showed up without an appointment & Quinn was appointed to us. He introduced himself to me first before he introduced himself to the gentleman I was with, that made me feel comfortable already. I let him know I was just looking & can"t promise i'd buy today. He listened to what I would like feature wise , as well understanding my budget!! I was able to narrow it down to two cars I liked & after I decided. (Took me two hours to decide). The real deciding factor began!- never once did his manager have to come out and talk to me like other dealerships where they will just keep going to get other managers to come try to convince you to buy from them.
