Got me in right away with 2 flats. Found that both rims were bent, referred me to a place in Columbus to get it fixed. Refused payment, seems like good guys. P.S.- Whoever drove my car jacked my red lighter out of the door. I have other ones, but I liked my red one. Blaze up with it brother. P.S.S.- At the store getting my bent wheels fixed, they informed me that I had the wrong size tires and that's the reason for the bent wheels. So I called Rick at the store and ordered the correct size tires from him. I showed up for the tire swap, walked across the street and had lunch. They were finishing up as I returned from lunch. Great job and great service. I recognized the guy from earlier pulling my car around, who I thought jacked my lighter, so I asked him if he had a lighter I could use.

Top-notch service every time! They consistently go above and beyond, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. They’re honest, trustworthy, and make scheduling appointments simple and convenient. They’ve even gotten us in quickly during emergency situations like a flat tire, which we really appreciated. Clay is extremely helpful, professional, and great to deal with. Highly recommend!

After having my Dodge Challenger Scat Pack in a Chrysler dealer twice for overheating. Replacing water pump, radiator, and rewiring electric fans and being told they worked properly, and spending over 2k for everything. I drove it to work and back one day and it overheated again. So I went to Goodyear, and Larry's technician was able to find the problem and have it back to me in a day. Electric fans were not coming on, like the computer said they were working properly. Only bad news, I had to spend another 2k for a brand new unit. Runs like a champ now all day, to Florida and back with no issues. Over 130k on odometer.

I've been here a few times in the last few months and have always been happy with the services offered, the friendly customer service, and ease of scheduling. When price shopping, they are no more expensive than other places and in some instances were a little bit cheaper. I've never felt pressured into any extra services like I've experienced at some other places.

I had my radiator replaced, wheel barring replaced, back brakes and rotors. I dropped it off Tuesday evening for them to check it out, got a quote on Wendsday and back on the road Thursday. They are fast, reliable and great to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needed work done to their vehicle.
