We had our awning legs damaged on our cross country motorhome trip and called them and sent them pics and they said we have the parts and come on down to replace them. When we got to their place in North Platte, Nebraska, they started right away with the repair and under an hour, we were done. Wasn't expecting them to start right away but it was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them highly. Very friendly staff. Thanks to Larry, Gary, John, & Roger for making us feel welcome. I am writing this as a WORNING. This is one of those places that will damage your motor home in order to run up the bill. I sold my motor home to someone who took it there for an estimate. They managed to separate the outside pannel at the front of the motor home. They had to really try to do that kind of damage. I wasn't there, but it looked to me as if someone had kicked it apart from the inside. (Picture of passenger side) They tore fiberglass siding, about one-third of the way up. After estimating repairs at $30,000 and being told that was too much, their advice was to take it back. I had thousands of dollars damage, BEWARE don't let it happen to you.... I only had a switch that needed replacing but the staff were so kind and helpful, and even gave my dog a treat of whipped cream with crumbled bacon as it was his birthday! Will definitely go back if I need help again.
