literally the worst customer service of all time. The dude in the 'parts' section looked like he wanted to cry from how mad he was that a customer was in his store lmao
Terrible customer service from the service department. DO NOT get any work done here, pure laziness. Ceramic coating over dirt. They tried to get me to sign release papers before inspecting it and after I pointed it out to them, no apology, no fix, just sign here and see ya!
I want to give Jerry Frazier a huge shout out. He went above and beyond to get my truck fixed. It meant a lot to me that he took the extra effort to make things right for me and get my late husband's truck running again. Then you very much Jerry. I will definitely be a returning customer. ❤️
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETE TRASH!!! IF YOU NEED ANYTHING DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE, THEY WILL NOT FIX IT EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY HAVE, THEY WILL GAS LIGHT YOU FOR MONTHS ON END, AND ONCE ITS ALL SAID AND DONE YOU WILL HAVE A BROKEN VEHICLE THAT THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX. THIS PLACE IS A CESSPOOL OF INCOMPETENCE. I WILL NEVER BUY A NEW RAM AGAIN!!!!
Do not work with Edward. Should get fired for his horrible service and attitude. Work with anybody else.
