I got an interior detailing, they took their time, the manager made sure they got me right, the workers where nice, had great conversations and where professional..didn't leave until I was satisfied

They were amazing. Took care of my car and had great customer service

@The workers seemed friendly at first appearance but after getting my car washed, there was a cloudy residue left on my windows that would not come off, more specifically the driver side view window. See picture attached with the residue around the edge. I took my car back to have them clean this residue off, but the detailer could not remove the film with any of the products that he used. He insinuated that I brought the car with the residue already there. They didn’t seem to know how to rectify the situation nor did they provide me with the information of the owner (they seemed to want to keep it concealed). I now have to come out of pocket for a new mirror. Disappointed/disatidfied.

The customer service was excellent however, I had high expectations for an almost spotless vehicle, especially in consideration for what I paid to have my vehicle washed and waxed. It was not as clean as I expected after I closely looked on the inside and around the outside. Unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer. Update: I was SCAMMED and did not get the service I PAID for! I looked at my car this morning and had to shake my head…it looked like I went through one of those drive-thru car wash that NEVER cleans your car! I PAID FOR WAXING AND IT WAS NOT DONE! I had no choice but to change my review to a lower rating. Your hand washing technique is poorly done.
