Easy in and easy out. I always rent from Enterprise and I never had any issues but I still like to take a slow video around the vehicle as an archive.

I waited for the “courtesy shuttle” 40 mins today. I asked one of the staff in the reflected vests how long we would wait as there were so many of us waiting. She told me the shuttle was a courtesy and if I didn’t like waiting, I should take a taxi. So I did exactly that. So please be aware. The bus is not always reliable.

Alamo was quick and easy getting our car and the lady at the return was very nice. The reason I give it a two star is because the bus driver was rude. After I had placed my backpack on the shelf for the ride he said I would have to hold it but as we were loaded and ready to leave the very spot that I had sat my backpack was empty. Once we arrived at the airport he didn't help a single person, not even the women on board with their luggage, he just stood outside on the curb while everyone got their own bags and exited the bus. Very unprofessional and no courtesy.

Very easy to rent and easy to get your car. Courteous agents! Car was exceptionally clean. Loved it and the price what right👍

Easy in and out. Make sure to figure out if your going to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 before you get on the shuttle back to the airport.
