Las Vegas Meadows

A quaint, quiet, high style of living. I didn't particularly care for the nosey, intrusive, woman that came out to greet me but other than that, it looks and feels like a decent community of people. Manicured lawns and lazy days.

May say, I should have read the comments before even getting the flight out to Las Vegas to go and see this mobile home park!. I dealt with.chauudra, I found her to be very nice, but for some strange reason, there was an undertone of a bit of sneakiness on her behalf. That’s what my gut feeling was telling me, but I was so mesmerized by the property till I love the inside, but what I did not like was they’re going to control everything you do so if you want to buy into having shackles around your ankles, this would be the place to do it! Now she told me in order to save the particular one I picked out I would have to give her $1000 deposit and I would have to give her $40 in cash to run my credit to be approved for the $844.rent please so, I had literally walked to the bank to get the cas

Love this park 😍. There is so much to do. Bunco, Pokeno, arts and crafts, bingo, poker, social gatherings, karaoke, neighborhood watch, dog park. You drive into the gates which has a guard, and it's so beautiful, like you're entering Paradise. Great neighbors and great staff. 👍

I just bought a home here and I cannot be more excited to move into such a beautiful, well maintained property with such amazing amenities. Kimberly, the property manager is amazing at her job. She was a big part of my decision to move here. I am very proud to call The Meadows my new home for many many years to come!

Went to visit my parents who have lived there for over 20 years. Upkeep of property is wonderful. Never any trash anywhere. Complex is quiet, neighbors are nice, a wonderful place for my parents to live. Love the clubhouse which is closed for COVID but amenities are plentiful. Couldn't have asked for a more secure place for Mom and Dad.
