Was interested in a ‘23 white Jeep here. I told owner I wanted to check to see how much insurance would be before buying. I said I need to think on it. Owner came to my house to see my old Sebring and said it’s not worth more than 1k - talked me into giving him $100. To “hold the Jeep” and when I asked is this refundable he said yes! He lied! I called texted BEGGED for some or all of my $100. Back becuz I decided it was not gonna work with my social security income & pmt. With car insurance (too much $ for me a single woman)- I couldn’t afford it! He still REFUSED wouldn’t even give me $50. Of the 100. Back! I went in person he STILL told me no! Avoid this place like a heart attack! Liar in charge! Now my Christmas is not gonna be as good for sure! 😞😡

My daughter who is widowed and has 6 children bought a vehicle from here. Told them she needed something reliable for work and for driving her children in. It died on Anthony Wayne trail on the 34th day of owning it. Called laskey auto was told by whomever answered call the warranty company. Had it towed to a Chrysler dealership and was told it has catastrophic engine failure! After weeks of waiting was now told it would be $16,400 to replace engine. The warranty company is only covering $3800, tried calling Laskey auto but of course no one answers or returns calls! Absolutely the worst used car dealer!! Sells garbage to people and smiles while doing so. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Would of given 0 stars but wouldn't let me!! Funny you comment she was gifted a warranty and to call for

Editing 11/6/25 still I have not received a call back. The warranty doesn't cover anything when you guys cleared codes which is what the warranty inspector says you guys did! We would like a call back (you have my information amongst the multiple calls with my phone number) otherwise we'll have no choice but to continue with legal action. Nobody has gotten back to me....the van I purchased died after 34days catastrophic engine failure is what the shop is saying

Editing 11/6/25 I have yet to receive any sort of call back. If I could give zero stars I would!!! They lie say everything taxes title tags are included in the price, they are not!! They say their vehicles undergo inspection that is seriously doubtful considering MINE DIED AFTER 34DAYS!! I PURCHASED A 2018 CHRYSLER PACIFICA AND THEN ENGINE STARTER AND MAIN MIDI FUSE ALL WENT..ITS STILL IN THE SHOP 21days now.

I bought a car from this dealership. It was very good. The customer service excellent. The car runs great I’m coming back soon to buy another one for my son. If you look for a car that’s never break down go there and get one
