I highly recommend Last Chance Auto (LCA) for their exceptional service and commitment to resolving customer concerns. I had an ongoing issue with my 2022 Hyundai Palisade pulling to the right—an issue that the Hyundai dealership (Fred Beans in Abington) attempted to fix but was ultimately unsuccessful. When I brought the matter to LCA, the shop manager took the time to listen carefully, understand the problem, and deliver a solution—all within a day of my initial call, despite a busy schedule. Their responsiveness and customer-first approach made a real difference.

My family will not take our cars anywhere else. This is a business that does not just have amazing people, but they are honest and reliable people that you can trust. Their work is top notch, their prices are fantastic, and they are quick to get the work done right the first time.

Last Chance Auto in Creamery Pa did an amazing job with my 2007 Ford Focus -broken drivers side door handle! They were able to give me a realistic enough max estimate that I knew I could put it into the shop and get the work started! And the price came in lower than expected. If I couldn’t use Last Chance auto the car probably would’ve sat until I had more money to take care of the problem. We had a Monday appt -They completed the repair by the end of the day, even though they had to source a part over an hour away! Astounding service! Thank you Last Chance Auto!

There's something to be said about finding a garage you really trust. Last Chance Auto will forever be the garage I choose to go to. They are reliable and very honest. I've never felt like they were trying to fix something that wasn't necessary. I appreciate having them so close by. UPDATE: I cannot say enough nice things about this garage. My car had an issue that they could have easily tried to charge me thousands of dollars for. Instead they laid out some other reasonable options and saved me tons of money. If I ever move out of this town, I will always make the drive to take my car here.
