Laundry Depot

No attendant so when the first washer flooded on this lady we couldn’t clean it up bc since nobody is ever there there was no paper towels no nothing and she took her clothes out and paid 10$ more to run them in another washer and it flooded the floor as well. Nothing is maintained and expect to run the dryers multiple times per load bc they ain’t maintained either. Whoever owns this should do better before they lose all their business.

Fix your open and close times. Showed up about 8:30, because your site said you were open until 10. I unloaded 3 basket of clothes and was rudely greeted by a woman saying she was closing at 9. I stated the website stated it didn’t close until 10. She said she didn’t care what it said she was closing at 10. Very rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and very inconvenient.

The hours listed on google says open 24 hrs , the attendant is very rude and said they closed at 9:00pm, it was 11:00 pm and the open sign was on and the doors unlocked and all the lights on, just go to Munford, or Millington

Let me count the way of what is wrong with this place. The woman that is working here acting like you going to take from here. She is all in your space while you are trying to put your things in the mechanics. She acts like you don't know what you are doing and she has an attitude and talks about calling the cops on people. They are way overpriced. They are way better places around town that have nicer people running them.

Overly priced by a long shot. Not only that, but overly complicated and overdone mechanics make this laundry depot almost intolerable. I find it pertinent that this location also aquire more maintenance staff to keep it from being so nasty. As I know they can afford it. why advertise yourself as an above average establishment when you just have empty and dead TVs hanging from a dull wall. Yes this place is just another liminal spot towards your journey of inevitable starvation.
