I had an awful experience with Laurel Collision Center. I purchased my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe on 08/14/2024, and on 08/22/2024, my neighbor’s lawn care service hit my parked car, causing damage to the rear passenger door, wheel, and bumper. Since Laurel Collision Center is affiliated with my local Hyundai dealer (though not where I purchased my Hyundai) and is a preferred shop for the at-fault party’s insurance (Erie Insurance), I took my car there on 08/23/2024. Joe Panick, the estimator, completed an estimate stating repairs would take 7 days. They took 25 days. Luckily, I was provided a rental car, paid for by the insurance. When I picked up the vehicle on 09/18/2024, I noticed scuffs and scratches on the opposite side, which weren’t there before. After comparing photos, the shop agreed

If zero stars were possible, I would put that! The level of professionalism just does not exist at this business! Had my car serviced at this "business" due to a car crash, and the employees thought it would be a fun joy ride to take the car for a spin before allowing me to retrieve my vehicle, but by doing so caused more irreversible damage to my car. I hope whoever reads this looks elsewhere for any type of service.

I went for 1 of my free routine oil change today after buying a 2023 Elantra, the car was running smoothly. Then they came and told me I had a screw in the tire and would get me a price for a new tire. Then after getting the keys and driving it just out of the bay it was making a horrible sound so I pulled right back in to ask what the sound was they told me the screw. There was no noise prior I didn't even make it home 5 miles before it went flat and had to put on a spare. Yet the service sticker they put on the windshield said the tires had no problem. So they ran over what appeared to be a bolt after putting the sticker on and now say its my $230.00 problem and I should get both tires changed at this point. This was the worst service I have ever experienced and now will sway me to not

Second time buying from Laurel Auto Group. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. I never once felt pressured and in fact felt like I was dealing with a trusted friend. I highly recommend this group!
