Laurel Speedy Car Wash

Great place. Went to Laurel car wash and they refused my truck because they said it was too big. Screw that place. They were just lazy. Went to Speedy and no problem. Cleaned my truck perfectly. And the platinum service is cheaper than Laurel car wash.

New to the area and was looking for a car wash to have all this snow and salt washed off. I tried this location and needless to say their customer service is a lot to be desired. Nobody speaks English and they seem to have attitudes . I will not be going back and if you do go choice the cheapest package and leave.

Came to this car wash bc my usual one was Out of service. I was a bit confused about pricing and wanted to ask for clarity, but there was am extreme language barrier. Everyone I encountered spoke very limited English. My issue was that the woman was extremely rude and brushed me off, and then yelled at me. If you're running a business, at least a few people should be able to communicate with customers clearly. Not speaking English is not a justification to be rude. If I'm being patient as a customer, u certainly should be patient as staff, especially if the barrier is coming from your end. I won't be back.

I had a wonderful experience here! It wasn’t too busy and i definitely got what I paid for. I got the Gold wash and it washed my car very well. The staff were kind and generous. Will definitely come again!

You can't beat the $55 membership; 6 days a week! That's less than $10 for inside & outside cleaning and detailing. They're not great but if I can just bring my car back tomorrow to be cleaned again... I'm good.
