Great first time experience. I needed my car inspected and it didn't pass. They gave me a short list of issues with a range of "needed to pass" to "it can wait." Working with people and their budget along with being pleasant goes a long way. I'll be back.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. The entire process was slow, unprofessional, and frustrating. Communication was poor, deadlines were missed without explanation, and I felt like no one took responsibility or cared about my experience as a customer. I expected a much higher level of service and reliability. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending your company to others, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to improve in the future

This is your friendly neighborhood car service centre. They go out of their way to accomodate you in their right schedule and are always prompt with the service. I also like that they don't try to push you to do optional work items.

Gerry and Sue are the best. Never hesitate to bring your vehicle to them. After bouncing from auto shop to auto shop over the years, I ended up at Laurent’s and I will never go to another business again! The kindest people who want the best for you and your vehicle! I needed A LOT of work done on my pickup and Gerry got it done in a day! Pricing is great too! Seriously cannot say enough good things about this business. Jerry and Sue feel like family!
