Laveen Auto Works

I have been to him a couple times. First time was word-of-mouth when my window would not go up or down and it was going to be parked outside for a few days. He knew my situation and got it fixed the same day and still charging me a great price, even took time out of his day to go pick up the part. Recently, I needed work done on my engine and I went to him, again was very happy. I feel comfortable driving my car, knowing that problem has been fixed correctly. The price was good and I really appreciate how he treats customers,.like keeping me informed. I would definitely recommend Miguel. I feel I now have a mechanic I can trust.

Miguel is straightforward, and you can tell he knows what he is talking about. Although he didn't fully repair my vehicle, but only because it is too far gone for what I am willing to spend on it. I found him via Google, and decided on him based on not only his positive reviews but also the way he interacted online with his very few negative reviews. Respectful and did not turn to anger towards them, and asked for feedback so that he could improve for them. That speaks volumes. He did an oil change and pretty thorough diagnostic on my vehicle, and I found his pricing to be very very reasonable. He has earned my future visit for my wife's car and my next vehicle as well. I felt he was trustworthy. See you again Miguel.

So happy I found a trustworthy neighborhood mechanic. Took my car in for a coolant change and Miguel broke everything down, from the scope of work to the pricing, very clearly. Throughout the day, I received updates about my vehicle and was able to pick up my car the same day! Great pricing, great mechanic, and great vibe. The location can be a little hard to find (especially with the new Brake Masters in front). But it's worth it IMO. Miguel is awesome!

Miguel’s dedication is truly appreciate. Quality mechanics are hard to find. I highly recommend Laveen Auto Works

This place is a total rip off!!!!!! First off he took my vehicle and put it in the machine to check the codes because of my check engine light. Instead of informing me there was a diagnostic fee he went to research the issue and came back with a ridiculous amount of labor to replace a shutter under behind my bumper/vent. After I told he I could not afford the $800 to replace the part he then decides ro tell me it’s a $150.00 diagnostic fee and I couldn’t get my vehicle back unless I paid it. That is something a real mechanic shop would have told you up front. On top of that he wanted $850 dollars for a tune up on my vehicle. Now I’m not saying I know what it should cost but I feel like I should have received a clear explanation. I feel like anytime a woman steps in a car shop it’s a go t
