After shopping around for a few different Jeeps, Lawless was the most transparent, helpful & efficient. My salesman, Chris, made the process actually enjoyable. No pressure and helped get everything sone without wasting time negotiating. He was very responsive to questions and worked to get me the best price available. He did spend a lot of time with me when I picked it up. He walked me through all of the features on my Wrangler, there were so many I didn’t know about! Even gave me my first duckie! I love my new Jeep more than any new car I have owned.

It was the Worst treatment I had ever received in the history of a 20+ year relationship (including, I believe 10 or more cars purchased) at Jeep Lawless. I used to sing their praises, as a nice family owned dealership. But the attitude and treatment of a fairly new service person to “run up” an extra “nickel” (rather than take care of a loyal customer and try to secure return business), will probably rush what we’re guaranteed “rollover” deals and repeat purchases for decades to come. Despite loyalty credits (which I’m doubtful they’ll honor, as they didn’t honor pre-purchased oil changes, as well as, remaining oil changes that came with the lease), I’m considering a different dealership and vehicle brand altogether.
