Antonio did a great job with the repairs done to my Jeep. I had purchased my car with questionable issues that quickly became a problem. I came to Lawless and in a timely manor they had my car running better than the day I bought it. Seriously. Thank you guys!

This place failed my inspection twice. First time was valid, Front end and suspension Failed. So, I took my car to my family trusted place to address all issues. Once repairs were done I took it back to lawless in Woburn and failed again for the same reason. Again I went back to garage where repairs were done, they checked again and didn’t find any problems. So I went to a gas station down the street and passed No problem. Even I was asked what failed originally and front end steering and suspension got checked twice, considering unrelated third party at this point. Passed. Message to Lawless attempt to rip me off. Just because I didn’t get my car repaired at your shop you tried to Fk me. Now , I see you and so will everyone who comes across this review.

Christine made all the difference. She understands customer service and was sympathetic, and respectful of my time. Despite the issue it was done right the first time and the same day. So if everything goes haywire on you it may just be the CAN BUS!

These guys can fix anything! I had my car at several chevy dealerships (it's a chevy) and they couldn't figure out the problem. I took it here and they were able to fix it. I have also taken my car in for oil changes and new brakes and tires and they are wonderful and reasonable and honest with prices.
