But Wilson, the owner, was incredibly professional and reassuring from the start. In just two weeks, he and his team worked absolute magic—my car came back looking brand new, even better than when I first bought it. Their workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. My car broke down just about 4 miles away from Lawrence California Auto Service, and I called them for help. They were so kind — came right away, helped me put my car in neutral, and pushed it safely to their shop. The owner, Wilson, is an amazing guy with a big heart. I’m over 40 and have dealt with many mechanic shops over the years, but I have never met someone as honest and caring as Wilson. I had a problem with a dead battery and an issue with the main fuses or ground connections — he checked everything right away and had my car ready by the next morning, even though his shop was already full. Great team of mechanics that go above and beyond! Brought in my 2019 Infiniti QX50 here last month to repair a faulty door lock actuator due to a break-in, also to get the rear driverside door replaced due to comprehensive damages from a careless driver that side swiped my car while parked overnight. The owner was very considerate of my situation and compassionate enough to allow me to have the door shipped to the shop and have the door replaced at a very low cost compared to any other bodyshop that I estimated to be 10x more than what I paid here. Wilson and his team are phenomenal!! He recently did work on my engine and turbo and I have no doubts in the quality of their work! They helped me navigate a bad situation, and I truly appreciate their efforts and candor. They are easy to work with and are fair and straight forward. Highly recommend.
