I want to share my fantastic experience at Lawrence Collision Center. I brought my 2014 Honda Accord V6 in for several repairs, and the owner was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He even sent videos as he diagnosed the issues, and upon pickup, he took the time to show me the old parts he replaced. I really appreciated that he provided various options to help me find the most cost-effective solution for my budget. Got into a bit of a situation, and this ended up being where we got our service. Luis took care of me and was very clear about what my options were for repair and about the costs involved and the different choices i could make as well. Communication was clear and concise, and the work that was done was both timely and professional. They took it upon themselves to clean my car inside and out as well! Our car had a little dent and LCC+ came through and exceeded my expectations. The repair was done in a timely manner, they kept me in the loop every step of the way. From my experience with them I will always highly recommend them. The car detailing was the cherry on top. Loved it!!!
